In this financial climate, it seems we are losing the 'extra' in extra money. Is there really any extra money? I can't think of one thing that hasn't sky rocketed in cost. Gas is the most publicized, but from my expenses I see a ton more.
Anyone pay their own medical insurance? We pay ours and it is only major medical and cost us 4% more then last year. Every time I see my account drafted for this payment I feel like I am getting my prices from California health insurance quotes, instead of Illinois. How do you folks make it with such high costs in California?
I can't help but wonder if I should move some of my 'extra' income to cover our every day costs.
